Description
This gallery quality fine art print – oil painting - features the Bath Lake area of Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park. This is a view of the travertine terrace that was once the location of a rather large hot spring. In the late 1800s and early 1900s, visitors would bathe in the waters. It first went dry in 1926. After the Hebgen Lake Earthquake of 1959, the hot spring filled again. That lasted until 1984, when it dried up again and has remained dry since.
This print would be a wonderful center of attention in any setting such as an office waiting area, office, conference center, den, library, home office, man cave, lobby, pub, bar or restaurant. Or in a café, bookstore, motel, hotel, lodge, inn, or hiking gear store. Any area that needs an eye catching, center of attention focus. It will also make a great gift and favorite for many years.
